Want to return something, no worries, email our support team within 14 days of receiving the product and we will provide detailed instructions. We typically respond to all emails within 1-2 business days, so please be patient. After 14 days all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. and with purchase proof.

For returning of your product Purchase Order number is required by us (given to you on your order confirmation).

If you are not satisfied with the product and want to have your refund back you can contact us on our support@purefectwellness.com. After verifying your order details we will refund your money within a week (by original payment method).

Replacement


The items will only be replaced if that were received damaged, malfunctioning, or defective but within 14 days.
